Can't make the performance and need to exchange your tickets?
We happily offer one opportunity per ticket order to exchange your ticket to another performance. On the chance the price level you had originally purchased is sold out for the performance you are exchanging into, you will be responsible for the price difference of the new tickets.
No exchanges will be made 12 or less hours prior to the original purchased performance.
If you are exchanging a ticket purchased with a promo code, the promo code will still apply for the exchange. Please let us know if you made the purchase with a promo code at time of exchange.
All ticket sales are final.
